SO YOUNG AND INNOCENT ----- AND CREEPY

What is it about with children that have dark circles around their eyes and long hair in front of their face that creep people out so much? Ever since The Ring, they’ve been a mainstay of suspense horror films and games. Speaking of games, a very interesting action game came out a couple of years ago that capitalized on the creepy kid vibe quite well. This week, the long-awaited sequel slinks its way into the world. F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin takes place around the time of the events at the end of the first game in a nearby location with a new main character. Of course, like any good sequel, there are more enemies, environments, weapons, and creepy stuff than in the first game. I recommend not playing this one with the lights off unless you really don’t want to sleep for a few weeks.
